What a rip-off!!!  I believe it was almost a dollar for the ride.  By ride, I mean I got to go around one measly time.  As is quite obvious in this picture, the wheel is full to capacity, so why can't I go around more than once?  It doesn't cost more electricity to make it go and even if it did, this is Russia - the land of abundant natural resources
